Poor client service at Wayfair

Placed order and paid for patio furniture. Brash delivery was May 19th. No communication from Wayfair. Tried tracking without success. Spoke to 3 agents at. Customer service. Advised it was with FedEx. They reluctantly gave me tracking # for FedEx. FedEx advised they have shipping ticket simply no product. Wayfair at present admits that FedEx does not have the product I ordered. Very frustrating feel and at present propose me the I have to wait until May 29th earlier I can be "considered" for a refund. What an feel!!! Buyer beware!!!


Some of the worst/slowest shipping online

I am giving ii stars instead of 1 because my client service experience has been good over the years i've been using them. However, the aircraft times and methods are by far some of the worst in the industry. At present i understand that they are generally a drop aircraft company and don't concur much inventory on hand considering the thousands of products they have on their website. Simply no tracking number, no accurate delivery times and no way of finding out where your items are....all things that are Non the norm in todays globe of online shopping. They don't even offering whatsoever expedited shipping options which seems ridiculous to me.

So if you don't care about how long it takes to get your stuff then by all means buy from them, but if timeliness is important to you then I would await elsewhere.

I am completely unaware that Wayfair Canada has transferred me to a Us sis company call Perigold. I called Wayfair Canada and they assured me that everything was fine and the price was equally I had anticipated and that the accuse to my credit card was going to exist every bit I had originally calculated in Canadian dollars. Worst worst worst place to buy whatsoever damn thing. I had bought couple things from there and ever disappointed with the quality and this time it was something I cannot tolerate. I bought 3 mattress protector *water proof* and site has some splendid product review Only when the product was delivered information technology has description on package as *water resistant*. I claimed return citing incorrect product, the back up team or the photo review team claims that in fact the product is water properly and I equally a customer is lying - wow… i spoiled my mattress and they refuse to accept return..just don't purchase from wayfair

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Starting time time I always ordered from wayfair and I only received half of my guild. I have chosen and emailed multiple times. People on the phone are kind and say they will transport me the rest of the club however they don't send it. The people who write back to my emails tell me there's goose egg they tin do about the rest of my order and I won't receive it yet they can give me thirty% back. Y'all didn't send me my order, what is 30% back going to do for me. Ridiculous. Don't waste your money.


Wayfair headed in the Wrong Direction

Very dissapointed with the lack of professionalism from supervisory staff on downwardly with an gild I was trying to place on a $4,700.00 burn down pit. I was given a code to use and one of their representatives walked me through the process and it showed a balance of $4,317.49 and the order was submitted. I then receive a text from Wayfair with a residual of $4,797.21 and so effort dealing with this effect with Wayfair personnel. That was a real headache in itself!
I contacted a Ramone right after I got the text and he was of no help and could not even find the code that I was given by Heather and he told me that finance what contact me in 48 hours to rectify the problem. I then had Ramone cancel the order. A call was made the following morning to Wayfair to let them know of the problems I had merely Mark and the Supervisory staff did not seem to care one iota something I never experienced in the by placing an order with Wayfair.
I would strongly suggest staying abroad from ordering annihilation on Wayfair as this business is headed in the wrong direction. The direction of not caring for their customers.

Please be wary of using credit card payment with Wayfair.ca My feel was that I online ordered a rug a week ago and then received a second notification (via credit card-not via Wayfair) that a transaction for more $2500 was made two days ago. I called Wayfair and they do not have whatever systems in-business firm to protect against fraud. Give thanks goodness I accept my credit bill of fare notifications on.
I was able to cancel order but after speaking to ii reps there they do not have staff managing any doubtable transactions nor do they even endeavour to help. I still take non seen the credit to my MasterCard two days later. And the last supervisor tried to tell me it was someone in my home who must have ordered.
Be very wary of using their online buy payment organisation!!!

We ordered a desk, and it shipped & arrived quicker than expected, awesome! Nevertheless, a slice was not cut correctly and couldn't be used. A replacement part was ordered. It was shipped to somewhere in California (meant to come to BC, Canada) and was never seen or heard from once again. More than than a calendar month afterward, managed to take a 2nd replacement part ordered, it finally arrived, it was damaged considering information technology was so poorly packaged, just I used it anyways considering I didn't want to await anymore. Their shipping & delivery is an phenomenal process, shipping from one of their sites to another of their sites earlier arriving at the destination. They really should think about streamlining it a bit more. Oh, and package the items properly. Will never order from them once more.
